Hi Joanna, thank you for the questions below. I’m attaching the overall event schedule for your general reference. To answer your specific questions:

1. What tutorials or workshops are scheduled during the event?
==> I’m trying to keep the hackaton focused on coding, so I’d like to schedule the workshops and tutorials for Wednesday 16-Mar. Right now I’ve got four events:
Orientation Training for Smart Tourism — 9AM
Orientation Training for Smart Commerce — 11AM
Orientation Training for IoT — 1PM
Judge & Mentor orientation — 2PM
2. What pre event activities available for hackers to join?
==> Only on e at this time, I’m open to more. I’d like to have someone take ownership of walking the participants through the OpenStack First App guide.
3. Any event timetable?
==> Please see the attached project schedule. I’m also working on a “ramp-up” graphic to be placed around the event. I’ve also found a very nice iOS app that has an activity clock. I will connect my iPad to a TV and it will run through out the day timing each of the mile stones
4. If I'm new to OpenStack, am I eligible to join AppHack event? Any criteria for participants? any training sessions or resources to help us up?
==> Open to all. See above for training. Open to other suggestions or requirements.
5. Is it okay if I just would like to attend the workshops?
==> Yes. We will also be recording the workshops as part of the global role-out for future AppDev hackathons.
6. Do I have to team up before registration? What should I do if I don't have a team yet?
==> Hackathon TW will run team forming sessions along with “ice breakers"
7. If our team is under 3 or over 6 members, are we still eligible to attend AppHack?
==> Based on past experience, the most productive teams are between 4 to 5 members. I’d say 3-6 is acceptable. I think there would be a problem if the teams were larger than 6.

Regards,
Michael
