If you look at the Google Doc 
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RBcSFmtdzC5witDowfXG9qQC2gl8TcGZFSyOedTeTMQ/edit#gid=1151048406> 
i/o the original spreadsheet, I moved it to Container Infrastructure.

I'll also add if you all feel that there aren't enough good workshops to 
fill up your allotment, please let us know if you have other workshop 
ideas or if we can give some spots to other tracks.
