[Openstack-track-chairs] Guidance on Vendor Specific Presentations?

Arkady,

We have not yet decided on final numbers for tracks or lightning talks. 
Once we have that, the numbers will appear in the Track Chair tool.  
That's why I've suggested holding off on your selections until after 
voting :)

As far as alternates, yes, we provide options for 1-3 alternates, 
depending on tracks. That number will also be visible in your selection 
tool.
