I think the upcoming PTG is a good opportunity to hit reboot, plan some
suitable IRC meeting slots and for other contributors to step up.
I'll put together an agenda for the 1/2 day we have planned for the Upgrade
SIG on the Monday afternoon (Ballroom C) - will appear here:
