Sorry for the "me.too at aol.com" but: Exactly. A main goal of SIGs is
to create contributors (in the many definitions thereof) out of
everyone, in part by including everyone, but also by making the road
to contribution by people who traditionally haven't in the past more
clear and making it more clear that everyone with an interest should
be contributing.
