[Openstack-personas] Personas screener introduction

Thanks for suggesting the intro, Jeff! I think it's a great addition, and I
have just one suggestion to make the messaging more neutral, if it's
possible to include it.
Instead of "OpenStack / Cloud Persona Survey" ... consider "Survey: What is
your role in cloud technology?"
Instead of "The OpenStack User Experience Team is looking for people using
OpenStack or other cloud technologies."
... consider "The OpenStack User Experience Team is looking for people
using cloud technologies such as OpenStack."
