Hi everyone,
It looks like we have 13 complete interviews so far, and about one week to conduct more in time for the data to be included in the analysis.

Roughly, the interviews break down to:
operator/admin - 6
user - 2
hybrid - 2
developer - 1

Because of the low numbers, it’ll be hard to get personas that don’t align with role, so I wonder if we should shelve the non-operator/admin interviews for later analysis and try to get some more interviews done with the operator/admin types. That way when we do our affinity analysis, the main commonalities among people won’t be their role. Thoughts?

Action Items for Everyone:


  *   Could you please update the interviewee doc with the status of each contact? Let us know if they have been interviewed, scheduled, no response, etc.
  *   If possible, reach out to the no response people with a follow-up to see if we can get some of them scheduled. If you don’t have any more time to interview, let us know so we can reassign people.
