[Openstack-operators] Issue running Controllers as virtual machines on Vmware hosts

Hi Pedro,

you also need to activate "MAC address changes" and maybe "forged transmits". 
(not sure for the last one) on the vSwitch port.

We also run the control plane inside VMWare, works pretty good.
