Thanks for pointing that out it's an important consideration that I
don't think anyone had raised yet.

The Ops Meetups Team has an IRC meeting in #openstack-operators
channel next Tuesday (June 21) at 14:00UTC

I think the decision will be made then especially considering the
addional time pressure of visa requirements.  Not sure I'd call it
'plenty' of time but hopefully it will be enough.

This is a new process so I very much expect furture Mid-Cycle Meetups
will have significantly more lead time.
