Very Cool thanks Piet!

I¹m very much looking forward to participating in this, we just went
through a big nova upgrade so this is ideal timing.

Thanks,

Dan

Subject: [Openstack-operators] OpenStack "Help" User Research/Usability
Study

Hi Operators,

Danielle Mundle will be contributing to upstream to help conduct user
research on behalf of the OpenStack community. In past lives, Danielle
has provided user research/usability consulting services to companies like
Dell, Bose and Citibank.

One of her priorities is to begin investigating how operators both learn
about OpenStack and triage issues within their deployments. As a result,
you may receive an email invite from the foundation to participate in some
form of research such as an interview,
focus group or usability study. This is a great opportunity to help the
community understand how to support operators with their daily activities
and begin looking into solutions.

Coolio? Please reply if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Piet
