magnum is available in the RDO trunk repositories for the Mitaka
release, last build dates (we build on every commit):

openstack-magnum # src # 2016-02-24 17:57:48
openstack-magnum-api # noarch # 2016-02-24 17:59:14
openstack-magnum-common # noarch # 2016-02-24 17:59:14
openstack-magnum-conductor # noarch # 2016-02-24 17:59:14
openstack-magnum-doc # noarch # 2016-02-24 17:59:14
python-magnum # noarch # 2016-02-24 17:59:14
python-magnum-tests # noarch # 2016-02-24 17:59:14
python-magnumclient # src # 2016-02-21 16:58:47
python-magnumclient-doc # noarch # 2016-02-21 16:58:55
python-magnumclient-tests # noarch # 2016-02-21 16:58:55

Worth noting that we're in the same situation as Thomas for Debian
with testing of Magnum packages for RDO.
They are not currently integration tested as we rely on installer
implementation to test it.
We currently test with TripleO, Packstack and Puppet-Openstack which
do not yet provide a Magnum implementation in their integration tests.

Kolla has an implementation of Magnum and we have implemented their
integration tests but they are not in our test pipeline yet.
