Open Stack

I am trying to do the same thing.
I have already get magnum-api & magnum-conductor up and running and I can
run simple commands like 'magnum bay-list'
It always fail to create a bay.

The log generates the error below:

It seems that magnum depends on barbican for authentication.

Any ideas?
