Okay, I'm going to ... slightly ... alter matt's suggestion and say:

Go to https://www.openstack.org/vote-vancouver

(login)

and then look for talks under the:
Operations
User Stories
etc

by clicking on the "All Categories" and then selecting areas of interest.
But DO DO DO please vote.
