Hi, I installed Openstack on a single Ubuntu 12.04 machine with Quantum networking using devstack.org Here is my localrc: DATABASE_PASSWORD=passw123 RABBIT_PASSWORD=passw123 SERVICE_TOKEN=passw123 SERVICE_PASSWORD=passw123 ADMIN_PASSWORD=passw123 FLOATING_RANGE=2.0.22.224/27 disable_service n-net enable_service q-svc enable_service q-agt enable_service q-dhcp enable_service q-l3 enable_service q-meta enable_service quantum The public interface of the router-1 shows as Down in the dashboard. See attachment router-1.png. Also, see the attachment for the network topology The gateway in the public network is 2.0.22.254. Questions: 1. How can I make that public interface to be up? 2. When I try to configure the gateway on the public interface? I get the following error message: Error: Failed to update subnet "2.0.22.224/27": Gateway ip 2.0.22.254 conflicts with allocation pool 2.0.22.226-2.0.22.254. Is there a way to exclude .254 from the floating IP range? Thanks, RG -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
