[Openstack-operators] Howto setup quantum for floating IPs similar to the way nova-network did it?

Although it is an old email thread, I really want to add our interest at KT on this question as well. 
FWIW, I think it would be good idea to have a quick talk or session with anyone interested in "multi-host networking setup based on quantum", including you guys at AT&T.
