[Openstack-operators] Shared storage HA question

Thanks for advice, I thought about GlusterFS to, but with Cinder it
hasn't ability to work with snapshots.
And thanks for tip with windows and IO problems, we are trying to make
private/public cloud and IO is one of main priorities.
