Open Stack

Hi

I am trying Essex on Ubuntu 12.04 following the doc http://www.hastexo.com/resources/docs/installing-openstack-essex-20121-ubuntu-1204-precise-pangolin

While trying to get console of an instance, novnc console opens but gets 'Connect timeout' error on the 'status bar'.

Nova.conf is as follows
