[Openstack-operators] SSL endpoints

Hi all,

there's a description on enabling SSL endpoints available from Rackspace
[1], which used to be very good. However, it is a bit dated and the
codebase has changed quite substantially, so that is doesn't work like
that anymore. Most notably, the retrival of the default configuration
file has changed (possibly even two times since the description has been
written in March).

I would like to deploy several endpoints with SSL enabled directly
running inside Apache through mod_wsgi, not a reverse proxy configuration.

Does anyone know of a more up-to-date method to run this kind of
configuration? Do the wsgi.py files inside the nova-api modules (ec2,
openstack, and metadata) have any relation with this?

Best regards,
Björn
