An example introduction could be something like: Subject: [openstack-mentoring][first-patch] Mentor Alice Wonder Hi, I am Alice Wonder and have been involved in OpenStack for two years. I am an active contributor to the Cinder project and would be happy to answer any questions you may have about committing your first patch. I am in the CDT time zone (UTC -5) and will be available every Tuesday and Thursday from 5 pm UTC - 7 pm UTC. We'd also like each of the mentoring cohorts to host office hours where mentees can reach you on IRC.
