Open Stack

Greetings OVH!

We (openstack-infra) wanted to first ping you about a change we are about to do
in our nodepool configuration. Currently we upload our images to OVH in raw
format.  However, since these are a bit large were looking at switch to qcow2
images to save some bandwidth.

Clark suggested I ping you to comment on the change[1] and if you see any
concerns switching image types from raw to qcow2.

I've also CC'd our openstack-infra mailing list.
