As discussed in yesterday's team meeting[1], it's time to start thinking ahead to our Ocata design summit sessions. I've created a planning pad[2] with some information on the format and constraints. Consensus seems to be that we tend to get more out of workrooms than fishbowls, so if we're going to request fewer of one than we had at the Newton summit I think it should be fishbowls. To that end, I've put us down for one fishbowl and five workrooms this time, but could be convinced to shift that balance to two fishbowls and four workrooms if the early ideas list favor fishbowl format more than they have in previous cycles (we still have a week to adjust our official allocation request).
