Thank you for the information. As you mentioned I tried to register at https://www.openstack.org/join/register, but it says that my email address is already in use by another user. This might be because I have registered as Presentation User.
It would be really helpful if you can complete the membership for me.

Good afternoon! The issue with your membership is you were registered as a Presentation User, but have not completed the Foundation Membership. If you can agree in writing to the terms outlined at https://www.openstack.org/join/register, I can manually complete the membership for you and  you should be good to go.

Hi,
In the openstack review site https://review.openstack.org, I have submitted the ICLA agreement without providing the contact details. I am facing the flowing error during git review

Then when I tried to update the contact info in the mentioned link, but  I am getting a Server error. I provided valid information in the required fields.

I have also joined the openstack foundation(https://www.openstack.org/profile/ ), but not able be view my public profile. And in the Legal Agreements tab, the ICLA agreement is missing.
My name is not present in the members list http://www.openstack.org/community/members
