IMHO I see no need for the meeting and have no topic for the meeting.
I just noticed it just when I checked the i18n document for other
purposes and I was surprised.
It is confusing if a meeting which is not held is listed in the meeting list.
I also remembered that someone asked if there is a meeting in the IRC
channel several months ago. It was asked around the meeting time, so I
guess he/she came the channel but nobody else was there. It is not a
good situation and I think it is time to drop the regular meeting
schedule explicitly.

My main point is to drop the meeting slot from OpenStack meeting schedule.
The i18n SIG reserves a slot but it is not used. While the slot
reserved by the i18n SIG is not crowded, it waste a public resource.
I am not sure what is your proposal. Does it mean you continue to
reserve the meeting slot?
Even if the i18n SIG does not reserve the meeting slot, we can have a
meeting on demand
in the openstack-i18n IRC channel as the meetbot supports meetings in
any IRC channel.
