I commented more on https://review.opendev.org/#/c/658300/ .

My lazy suggestion is to download a po file and search "<http" without a 
space to find such errors.

Fixing in Zanata is needed, and execution on "tox -e docs" is a good 
idea for local check, as Andreas mentioned.
