Hi all,

The docs core team reviewed contributor stats for openstack-manuals for
October and agreed to add the i18n PTL Frank Kloeker as a new core team
member.

This will ensure that the core team has at least one member with i18n and
L10n experience and expertise on board, to help us with
translation-related patches and reviews.
