Hello,

I kindly want to announce that we have setup a new language on our 
translation platform: Esperanto [1].
Please welcome our newest team member in this context: Georg Hennemann.
He wants to take care of the concerns of this particular language at 
OpenStack. Please support him in his future work and the build of a 
language team.
