ya, after several months work, now we have several volunteer, and
several assigned by a company that want to go openstack market.

yes, after several "deal" with me, including help his company to know
openstack more

i try to create a workplan and timeplan , yes, the horizon etc
challange me to deliver on time, include our own interest doc

We will have our first doc meet up this week, hope can give several
insight for our doc program
