[OpenStack-docs] EWG Workload Reference Architecture

Yes. The Deployment Guide section is more about deploying OpenStack whereas
the EWG reference architecture is more about deploying apps on OpenStack.

It seems like developer.openstack.org would be a better place.

Yes. The maintenance of EWG is our responsibility.
We want to follow the docs guidelines and process.

I will look at the steps that you have suggested.
Will ping you if I encounter issues. Thanks!
