the translation jobs fail now since we have a png file in the locale folder:
doc/install-guide/source/locale/_static/textmark_Newton.png

Do you know what has changed and why?

This should be reproduceable with "tox -e generatepot-rst -- install-guide"

Depending on what kind of problem this is, we might need to fix the
translation jobs - or fix the generate scripts,
