Matjaz, could you confirm when the next training-guides IRC meeting will be held?

I know that from administrational perspective training-guides belongs under Documentation, but from organizational and roadmap perspective it has a wider scope. It would be great to keep up with the active environment we had and also to keep the mentors and assistants involved as well. We are also thinking about bringing the training in some shape of form to smaller events like OpenStack Days and/or meet-ups. The meeting is a great opportunity to people interested in on boarding activities to join/engage.

In this sense I hope we can have a weekly or bi-weekly meeting as opposed to gathering once a month.

I  wanted to talk about meeting frequency with all regular contributors at the Summit, but maybe it is even better to discuss this on ML. First 2 months after the Summit there is usually a period of low(er) activity.
If we can keep momentum of the project going on, I’m all in. We can start with biweekly meeting (odd weeks) and if needed, increase the frequency as we did for BCN Upstream training.

@Matjaz: Do you have further info about the time slot (Tuesday 1300UTC), whether it will work for you longer term or not?

My class schedule changes for each term, but I’m ok with this at least until end of February. So what I propose:
- officially change the time slot to Tuesday 1300UTC, #openstack-meeting-3
- will reserve weekly meetings slots
- we start with bi-weekly meetings
- if needed, we switch to weekly meetings

   As we don’t have a time slot and a reserved space, possible meeting time slots are:

   - Thursday during coffee break 4:10pm-4:40pm, at one of the Developer Lounges (maybe we can just stay in AC Hotel - P4 - Sagrada Familia <https://www.openstack.org/summit/barcelona-2016/venues/#room=179>, as there is a Docs session before and after this coffee break)
   - Friday lunch time (but that clashes with Community Awards and Feedback session!!)
   - Friday after 14:00 at the Meetup

   If we do the meeting on Thursday, we will keep the intensity of the meeting low, with coffee in hand, so that those of you that really NEED that coffee break don’t burn out ;)
