The ideal user experience is the same header on every subdomain, so they
get the sense they are on an OpenStack-branded site. By using a different
logo, we won't have the docs header be identical to the www header. So you
lose the trust and credibility of a reader by giving them a non-seamless
experience and an off-brand look.

In an ideal world, we'd figure out how to use the shared header that Jimmy
provided earlier this year.

However, I think that stalled when trying to ensure there's an offline
method for building the docs with a sensible header. To me, this is the
ideal way to keep a consistency across subdomains to ensure trust, user
experience consistency, and credibility.

That's my take -- feel free to propose a different view, of course.
