On the platforms that we test (Ubuntu, OpenSuse, Fedora), installing
VirtualBox is not too hard, but maybe we should provide instructions. I'll
take a look at CentOS.

We currently have a patch for a KVM backend under review:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/233442/
The first goal for the KVM back-end was to make it useable for Continuous
Integration; feature-wise, it is not yet on par with the VirtualBox backend
(most notably, snapshots are not implemented yet). The KVM backend should
work on Debian, Ubuntu, and Fedora.
