[OpenStack-docs] openstackdocstheme for availability

Highly available text, everything double.

I think there is a lot of strange stuff in the depths of combined.css.
Perhaps the "availability" style can be removed. Given time and inclination,
I will search through the docs source, perhaps on Monday (rainy day).

Subject: [OpenStack-docs] openstackdocstheme for availability

Hi team,

Do you know where is the CSS "#availability" [1] used?
This cause the super curious output [2] accidentially.

As workaround, I think I'll chagen the title from "Availability" to "High
Availability".
