I believe I've done a big chunk of the work, but it needs reviews:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/241175/
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/241182/
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/242399/
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/242409/
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/243828/

It'd be nice to get at least the above reviews in before doing the
branching. If not, I'll have to do some backports, which is a lot of work.

Matt wrote that he would prefer to have the branching happen first,
because of the danger to break things (this happened already once).
Well, let's just be careful when doing reviews no?

Also, it's still missing fixes for the networking bits. I'll try to work
on this ASAP.

Please feel free to ping me on IRC if you want to discuss the mater.

Cheers,

Thomas Goirand (zigo)
