Changing the subject, sorry for hijacking the thread.

First we should decide if we want to move generic documentation related 
content provided from wiki.openstack.org to 
http://docs.openstack.org/infra/manual/developers.html.

Next we should decide what to do with the remaining content. Duplicated 
content should be deleted. Additional content should be moved into a 
OpenStack Documentation Guide (I still think that the wiki is the wrong 
place for the convention and so on, a lot of my co-workers regularly 
find deprecated content (not documentation related) in the wiki and 
sometimes they try to use it).

If we confirm to move the content into the already existing developers 
guide what do we have to do to proceed? I think we have to write a spec 
for docs-specs and I think we should discuss this topic with the owner 
of the developers guide (openstack-infra mailinglist?).
