[OpenStack-docs] Any additional python clients to add to CLI Guide?

Great question. With the new governance I'm inclined to say yes. Hurrah!

That said, I'm feeling firm that we won't plan to take the work on
ourselves. We need to look at this as "if the project team listed in
http://governance.openstack.org/reference/projects/index.html creates a
patch we'll review and accept it." So, our role is to seek someone to train
to do the work, reaching out and teaching.

Does that sound like a good way forward? Our main goal is to enable
contributions and provide great information while doing so. So, our
priority will be enabling others with great tooling, great structures.

Let me know all your thoughts here.
