Every change displays the generated version, just click on the
check-build target.

Recently we removed all trunk guides so that users do not stumple upon
it and the reasons apply also for not publishing the networking guide.

Once the guide is in good shape, it should be easy to publish it and I
surely can help.

So, this boils down to a policy question,
