Was it perhaps a confusion with daylight saving time? We stay at UTC - 
like all OpenStack IRC meetings - and do not change when we have 
daylight saving time. So, if you have it in your calendar at e.g. 8:00, 
it will now be at 9:00 due to daylight saving time.

Also, if we change to 13:00, keep in mind that this means then 7:00 in 
the winter...
