Open Stack

Matt and myself were completely surprised yesterday by the IRC meeting 
beeing at 13:00 UTC instead of the usual 14:00 UTC.

Was this a one time change or are you planning to run it always at this 
time?

While I personally prefer 14:00, I think this needs further discussion 
and if we do a meeting change, it needs to be announced widely so that 
nobody misses it!
