I converted the Swift part of the installation guide and at the moment I 
am not sure how to work with the numbered lists when using .. only::.

When using #. inside a .. only:: block it looks like the numbere will be 
reset.

How to get a correct numbering for the following example:

#. foo

.. only:: ubuntu or debian

    #. bar

.. only:: ubuntu or rdo or debian

    #. foobar

#. barfoo

Expected result for ubuntu/debian:

1. foo
2. bar
3. foobar
4. barfoo

Expected result for rdo:

1. foo
2. foobar
3. barfoo

Expected result for obs:

1. foo
2. barfoo
