Open Stack

I want to propse to add a bash8 check to the gates for the training-labs 
repository. The bash8 environment is already part of the tox.ini file, 
but at the moment there is no gate job for bash8.

Prior to adding the gate job the scripts in the training-labs repository 
should be cleaned up, at least the errors should be removed.
