We no longer publish the trunk installation guide nor provide a hidden URL containing the complete trunk version somewhere else such as docs-draft.openstack.org, so here's a procedure to see roughly the latest version using the gate jobs: 1) Go to review.openstack.org and search for merged patches on the openstack/openstack-manuals project. https://review.openstack.org/#/q/status:merged+project:openstack/openstack-manuals,n,z 2) Select the most recently merged patch for the installation guide (typically on branch bp/installguide-kilo). For example: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/167692/ 3) Under the commit message, you'll see "Jenkins check" and "Jenkins gate" with a list of jobs. In either one, select the "gate-openstack-manuals-tox-doc-publish-checkbuild" job.
