Finally found some time to do a bit of testing on Juno.

Using our Ubuntu 14.04 install guide with just one modification (using
the staging PPA, rather than the not-yet-ready cloud archive), with
milestone 3 packages, here's the good news:

* Keystone works
* Glance works
* Nova install with nova-network works

and the bad bits:
* ubuntu-cloud-archive:juno is not ready
* horizon does not work due to a dependency problem

So far haven't tested other projects, but at least for these the docs
look in good shape.
