Separate patch for each service is fine.
Blueprint or bug is not needed IMHO.
If you really want one, create a *single* bug that covers everything.

This can be done later at any time, it should be lower priority.

I don't think that's really needed.

openSUSE is using MariaDB already, SLES is still with MySQL but will be
MariaDB with SLES 12 (for Kilo).
