I wouldn't use BPs for this, and multiple bugs will probably be too
much administrative work. Maybe just 1 bug to track the progress?

I think that we should keep OVS. I'm not sure it is more complex to set
it up than linux bridge (maybe I'm completely wrong).

+1 for flat network. IIRC we had instructions to set this up in havana,
along other networking setup solutions.

I'm fine with either one. The concept for the setup are similar.

I've not used Maria yet, so I really don't know what's best here.
