[OpenStack-docs] Can we push stable/juno out a day or two?

Several of the core service packages skipped RC1 and went from milestone 3
to RC2. I generally avoid mixing packages with a difference of more than
one milestone/RC version... especially milestones given significant changes
to the services.
P.S. - Does anyone from RH work on the installation guide these days?
