[OpenStack-docs] Storage node missing in the example architecture?

In the section "Configure a Block Storage service node" of the
installation guide we talk about a host named "block1".

This host "block1" is not mentioned in the example architecture. There
are only the hosts "controller", "network" and "compute1".

Also the Cinder services on the storage nodes are not mentioned in the
figure "Figure 1.2. Three-node architecture with OpenStack Networking
(neutron)" in "Chapter 1. Architecture".
