Open Stack

The name of the cli-reference is "OpenStack Command-Line Interface 
Reference". Inside the document we're always using "xyz command-line 
client(s)".

Should we rename the document to "OpenStack Command-Line Client 
Reference" or should we rename all occurrences of "command-line client" 
to "command-line interface"?
