Open Stack

Checklang fails in Jenkins in the security-doc repository:

I cannot reproduce this locally - and I expected that a fix I did for
openstack-doc-tools 0.16 fixed it.

Can any of you reproduce the issue? Just run "tox -e checklang" in
security-doc - and send me the failing file? Fixes would be even better ;)
