Diane asked in one review how to capitalize Internet, she noticed that
we're not consistent.

Looking at the Operations Guide (following O'Reilly conventions) and the
IBM Style Guide (pointing to
http://www-01.ibm.com/software/globalization/terminology/i.html), I
choose to capitalize it and send a patch:
